My passion for clean eating started when I was pregnant with my son, and I wanted the best for my unborn child. Over the last several years I have completely overhauled my diet, and I love helping others get started with clean eating. The food we eat affects everything from our weight, our overall health, our chance of developing chronic diseases, and even our moods and mental health.
